If you choose the 2nd job "Scout Out the Location"

You'll have 50% chance to get a Rare items.

The ratio for this job is 2x xp/energy, 

You'll have to wait for 8 hours to collect your bonus or you can reduce it with your Reward Points.

If you choose the 3rd job "Procure Untracable Sub-Machine Guns"

You'll have 100% chance to get a Rare items.

The ratio for this job is 2,5x xp/energy, and you'll have to wait 24 hours to collect your bonus.

And if you can't wait you can get your bonus faster by using your reward points to reduce the job completition time.
